GUIDELINES TO PARTICIPANTS:

Please read with care EVERY item below and be guided therefrom.

1. The Assembly Fee does not cover food. Thus, participants are advised to provide for themselves accordingly. Reasonably priced food shall be available, however, at the Siena College Canteen.
2. For MAPSA and CEAP member institutions, pre-registration and payment deadline is 29 February 2012, so as to accommodate registrants from parishes, catechetical centers, congregations and seminaries whose deadline shall be 30 March 2012.
   
   1. 2.1.The Assembly Fee is P800.00 per participant.
      1. You may pay directly at the MAPSA Office, 6th Floor St. John Bldg., Paco Catholic School, 1521 Paz St., Paco, Manila for which an official receipt shall be issued you;
      2. or by depositing to MAPSA, Inc. BPI Account #0051-0553-65, and immediately thereafter:
         • e-mailing to popebenedict@mapsa.edu.ph:
           • Name of participant(s) for whom the payments is/are made
           • Corresponding Deposit Slip

           • Name of participant(s) for whom the payments is/are made

      3. Strictly NO REFUND.
   2. 2.2.
      Bring your official receipt and/or bank deposit slip on April 24, 2012 should there be need to reconcile with Registration Committee lists.
3. Pre-registration can only be done Online (starting February 07, 2012).
   
   1. 3.1.Do as directed.
   2. 3.2.
      Please choose 3 Concurrent Session (CS) from the list and label them 1, 2, and 3 based on your preference. You shall be given priority based on your choice, on a first confirmation - first reservation basis.
   3. 3.3.
      Only paid participant who confirmed shall be reserved to a CS. (A CS can only accommodate 42 participants per session).
   4. 3.4.
      If your chosen CS (1, 2 or 3) has been closed at your registration confirmation, the secretariat shall call you for another available CS you can opt thereat.
   5. 3.5.
      You are enjoined to attend the same CS assigned to you for the duration of the festival.
